- Materials — tiles, metal, with differences in price and lifespan
- Warranty — on workmanship, how many years
- How long it takes — for a 100 square metre house
- Do you clean up after — nobody writes this, everyone asks
Facades are connected
Whoever does a roof often thinks about the facade too. Show them together — that is a bigger job.

If there is state support, explain how to apply. That brings clients who would otherwise postpone.
