Someone stands on the street with a suitcase. They need a ride now. They search on their phone, open the first result — and if they do not see a number within five seconds, they go back.
What must be at the top
- Phone, large, tappable — not in the footer, not as an image
- Do you run 24 hours — that is the first question
- Prices — start, per kilometre, to the airport
- Where you drive — town only, or further
Transfers are a different story
Airport transfers are booked in advance, sometimes from abroad. Here a form makes sense: from where, when, how many people, how many bags. And a price up front — a tourist does not want surprises.
Email that does not land in spam
If you send a booking confirmation from a Gmail address, a foreign recipient often gets it in spam. That is the difference between a guest waiting for you at the airport, and a guest who found someone else.
